Seriously, last night was drama filled. I can't believe Kanye. He totally wins my vote for biggest douche of the year. Sure Taylor Swift wasn't my pick for winning the category either, but come on. Do you really have to get on stage and be a huge asshole to her? She's only like seventeen years old? What kind of a person are you? I know that everyone is probably blogging and tweeting about this and will be doing so for the next month. But still I just can't get over the fact that he would do something so completely horrifying. I guess this coming from Kanye West shouldn't be a surprise. He's had his fair share of controversy. But honestly, he went way too far with this. You shouldn't do that to anyone never mind a teenage girl who is just receiving her first ever VMA. She is going to remember this for the rest of her life and she is going to remember what a douchebag you were. I don't know what was going through his thick skull at the time but come on. Either he was really really wasted or he is just so completely retarded and has no concept of common courtesy. In that moment I felt sooooo horrible for her, even Beyonce was in total shock. But really, good on Beyonce for giving Taylor a chance to come back out and finish her acceptance speech. That is just the kind of person Beyonce is and she is the kind of person that people should look up to. Anyone who looks up to Kanye West needs to get their head checked. I hope he realizes what an idiot he made of himself and goes into hiding for a while, but then again he is on Jay Leno tonight so that should be interesting. Now on to the lighter topics of the night? How totally awesome did the Cobra's look? Despite the fact that they didn't win anything. I was totally sure they were going to win too. But oh well, there's always next year, hopefully. I loved how they showed up in like one of those Double Decker tour buses though. I like seriously yelled 'GABE!' at the tv when i saw them. And when he and Pete Wentz came out to introduce Lady GaGa I laughed so hard. They are nuts, seriously. I don't know what they were exactly trying to accomplish out there with the whole 'call gabe saporta' thing but it was kinda funny. I love the Cobra's seriously, and they totally should have gotten the award over Britney, but whatever. I just really hope that they don't have this whole one hit wonder thing going on because they really do deserve to be noticed and have lasting power.
I was kinda upset that 3OH!3 didn't win the best new artists award. I mean Lady GaGa? Come on, she is a total freak. Every outfit was like a tragedy, I don't know what she was thinking. She must have been drinking the same thing that Kanye West was drinking because she was nuts. Like she was all creepy masquerade lady and her performance was just filled with creepy blood and weirdness and that red uhh..... thing was horrible. I mean come on. She looked like she was a bit massive bloody cocoon or something like that. It was just weird. But the last outfit, oh my god. She was like an Eskimo or a lion. It was terrible. She was totally insane. Katy Perry looked cute as ever though, especially during her cover of Queens "We Will Rock You", she was so perfect for that. Aside from all of that though I was kind of disappointed in their choice in hosts again this year. I mean Russell Brand? All he does is make the show uncomfortable to watch, I realize that in England and all that they are allowed to say some pretty vulgar things on TV but the whole audience was just silent, nobody ever laughed at a damn thing he said. It was just too weird. So basically, please don't bring him back next year.
Anyways there is my rant on the VMA's. All in all it was a fairly entertaining show, the performances were pretty decent, aside from the Jay-Z one just because it was hella boring and I'm totally not into that kinda rap and stuff. But whatever. I've gotta go to work at 1:00 today so I'm not really looking forward to that at all. I think it's pretty safe to say that I'm actually kind of dreading it. I work every day this week and it totally sucks, but whatever. There isn't a lot I can really do about it. I'm slowly getting more and more used to it I guess. I mean aside from the fact that last week I met the Regional Manager of the company, it was slightly nerve wrecking but he was a really nice guy so it was all good. Hopefully I'll have a good week though and nobody yells at me or anything. I'm not going to lie, I hate dealing with customers, especially if you're a bit slow. People don't really understand the concept of being new. And god forbid you make a mistake and have to ask someone over to help you, they go into this big huffy puffy mode and get all pissy. I'm like 'well sorry.... I'm not a super genius like you apparently were at your first job' Sometimes I am ashamed of the human race. LOL

Yea it sucks that some people aren't very understanding about being new at your job but rest assured that karma will get them some time in the future lol :P.
Like really, if you're not kind to the people who are about to do things for you, then you will for sure run into substandard service. Those kind of people will never get anyone do anything extra or nice for them.
